Payment & Refund Policy

1. Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

  • Users can pay using UPI, Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card.

  • Vendor subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled.

2. Refund Policy

For Customers

  • No refunds on joining fees once paid.

  • Refunds are available only for failed transactions.

For Vendors

  • Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.

  • Failed payments due to technical issues may be refunded within 5-7 business days.

3. Withdrawal Policy

  • Cashback withdrawal is available after 3 successful referrals.

  • Referral benefit can be withdrawn anytime if eligible.

  • Withdrawal processing time is 3-7 business days.
