Terms & Conditions

Welcome to BasisPe.com, an online platform that connects vendors (shopkeepers) and customers through a subscription-based model. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Definitions

  • "Company" / "We" / "Our" / "Us": Refers to BasisPe.com (BasisPe Platform).
  • "User" / "You": Refers to any individual or business using BasisPe.com.
  • "Customer": Refers to individuals who subscribe to the platform by paying the designated subscription fee and applicable GST.
  • "Vendor": Refers to shop owners or business entities subscribing through the available vendor subscription plans.
  • "Referral Benefits / Cashback": Refers to the cashback system, promotional offers, or incentives provided under the platform policies.
  • "Withdrawal": Refers to transferring eligible referral benefits/cashback from the platform wallet to a linked bank account or UPI.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

  • Residency & Age Limit: This program is valid only for residents of India. Users must be at least 18 years old or above.
  • Accurate Information: Users must provide valid, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. All registration details must be kept updated.
  • Single Account Policy: Only one account per user is permitted. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate the system or generate fake referrals is strictly prohibited.
  • Credential Security: Users are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (ID and password).
  • Account Termination: Accounts found violating platform policies or engaged in suspicious activities may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.

3. Subscription & Payment Terms

  • Prime Subscription Fee Details: Customers can subscribe by paying the designated fees. The fee breakdown for customers is as follows:
    • Base Subscription Fee : ₹2,000/- (One time)
    • Applicable GST (18%): ₹360/-
    • Total Payable Amount: ₹2,360/- (One time)
  • Non-Refundable Policy: The subscription fee and GST for both customers and vendors are completely Non-Refundable. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Validity & Service Benefits

  • Subscription Period: In exchange for the subscription fee, the customer will be granted a Prime Membership.
  • Services & Discounts: During the active subscription period, customers will receive special discounts on branded products and digital vouchers from partner vendors, along with free home delivery within a specified radius (up to a maximum of 5 kilometers for 24 Months).
  • Commercial Sale Declaration: This platform represents a genuine commercial sale of services. It is not an investment scheme, Ponzi scheme, or a get-rich-quick program.

5. Cashback and Coupons 

  • To avail the cash back and coupons offered from time to time, the customer must make 3 successful referrals at least once to activate his wallet. Successful referral is defined as all 3 members having successfully paid and subscribed.
  • There will be a fixed time limit for using the cash back received from time to time, which will be informed to the customers after receiving the cashback.

6. Successful Referral

  • Wallet Activation Condition: To activate or utilize the accumulated cashback wallet balance, the primary customer must onboard at least 3 new active customers using their unique referral code.
  • Definition of Successful Referral: A referral will be deemed "Successful" only when all three referred individuals successfully complete the payment for their respective Prime Membership fees and applicable taxes.
  • The customer's cashback wallet will be unlocked for usage or withdrawal only after the completion of 3 successful referrals.

7. Withdrawal & Tranche Release Policy

To ensure financial security and sustain continuous application usage, the accumulated cashback cannot be withdrawn in a single lump sum. Available referral benefits will be released in installments subject to the following concurrent rules:

  • Rule A (Order-Based Release): For every purchase (Order) made by the customer from our registered vendors, a maximum of 30% of the total bill value will be deducted (unlocked) from the cashback wallet and transferred directly to their linked bank account or UPI.
  • Rule B (Monthly Maximum Limit): Notwithstanding Rule A, no customer can withdraw or transfer an amount exceeding ₹500/- per calendar month from their wallet to their bank account.
  • Processing Time: Once valid bank details are provided, withdrawal processing takes 3 to 7 business days.

8. Bank Account & KYC Policy

  • One Bank Account - One User: To receive cashback, the customer must submit their valid and correct bank account details or UPI ID.
  • Restriction on Shared Accounts: The same bank account or UPI ID cannot be used across multiple user accounts to claim cashback.
  • Strict Action: If a single bank account is found linked to multiple user profiles, the cashback for all associated accounts will be permanently blocked with immediate effect.
  • Taxes & TDS: The cashback disbursed by the platform is legally classified as 'Referral Commission/Incentive'. In accordance with the Income Tax Act, applicable TDS will be deducted before processing any bank transfer. Submission of a valid PAN Card in the app is mandatory for customers to receive withdrawals.

9. Anti-Fraud Policy

  • Investigation of Suspicious Activity: If a customer attempts to fulfill the 3-referral requirement using the same mobile device (Device ID / MAC Address), the same Wi-Fi network (IP Address), cloned apps, emulators, or fake/temporary mobile numbers, it will be treated as system fraud and a severe breach of terms.
  • Right to Punitive Action: In the event of any suspicious or fraudulent activity, the platform reserves the absolute legal right to immediately terminate the user's membership, confiscate the remaining wallet balance, and permanently block all bank transfers without prior notice.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • No Guarantee of Earnings: BasisPe.com does not guarantee any fixed earnings, profits, or financial returns.
  • Third-Party Failures: The company is not liable for banking failures, payment gateway errors, or technical disruptions caused by third-party service providers.
  • Vendor Liability: Partner vendors are solely responsible for any delivery delays, service deficiencies, or product defects/quality issues. The platform holds No Liability (legal, financial, or practical) for disputes arising between customers and vendors.

11. Company Rights & Jurisdiction

  • Amendments to Terms: The company reserves the absolute right to modify, amend, update, or completely withdraw this program, its rules, fees, offers, or cashback structures at any time without assigning any prior reason.
  • Binding Decision: In case of any dispute or disagreement, the decision taken by the company shall be final, binding, and absolute.
  • Legal Jurisdiction: All legal disputes arising out of or in connection with this service or agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh only.

12. Changes to terms & conditions

  • BasisPe.com may update these terms at any time. Updates will be shared through email or website notifications..
  • We reserve the right to change or discontinue any offer, cashback or referral benefit at any time, subject to the circumstances.
