Welcome to BasisPe.com, an online platform that connects vendors (shopkeepers) and customers through a subscription-based model. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Definitions

  • "Company" / "We" / "Our" / "Us" refers to BasisPe.com.

  • "User" / "You" refers to any individual or business using BasisPe.com.

  • "Customer" refers to individuals who join the platform by paying the subscription amount.

  • "Vendor" refers to shop owners subscribing through available subscription plans.

  • "Referral Program" refers to the cashback system.

  • "Referral Benefit" refers to benefits from the referral.

  • "Withdrawal" refers to transferring referral benefits to a bank account.

2. Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years old.

  • All registration details must be accurate and updated.

  • Accounts violating policies may be suspended or terminated.

3. Registration & Account Security

  • Users must register with valid details.

  • Multiple accounts are not allowed.

  • Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.

4. Subscription & Payment Terms

For Customers

  • Customers subscribe to the platform through a lifetime subscription plan.

  • Customers may receive promotional cashback benefits after successfully referring eligible customers, subject to the platform’s current offers and policies.

  • Cashback is credited instantly but withdrawal is subject to referral completion.

For Vendors

  • Vendors will subscribe to available subscription plans offered on the platform.

  • Subscriptions are non-refundable.

  • Vendors may cancel anytime without refund.

5. Referral Program & Withdrawal Terms

  • Users may receive cashback benefits through applicable platform offers and subscription plans.

  • Withdrawal is allowed after three successful referrals.

  • Withdrawals may be processed in parts.

  • Available referral benefits can be withdrawn anytime, subject to platform policies.

  • Withdrawal processing takes 3-7 business days.

  • Users must provide correct bank details.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Fake referrals or multiple accounts are prohibited.

  • Misuse of the referral system is not allowed.

  • Users must not share misleading information.

  • Users must follow applicable laws.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • BasisPe.com does not guarantee earnings.

  • We are not responsible for banking or third-party failures.

  • BasisPe.com is not liable for indirect damages.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

BasisPe.com may update these terms at any time. Updates will be shared through email or website notifications.
