  • Location Data: Precise geographical location data (via GPS/Network) to facilitate and verify the 5 km radius free home delivery service provided by partner vendors.

  • Technical & Anti-Fraud Device Data: Device ID, MAC Address, IP Address, browser type, operating system, and system identifiers collected automatically to detect clone apps, emulators, or multiple fake accounts linked to the same hardware.

2. How We Use Your Data

We utilize the collected data for the following legitimate business purposes:

  • To process subscription fees, manage wallet balances, and execute part-withdrawals (tranche releases) in compliance with our Terms & Conditions (e.g., 30% order deduction and ₹500 monthly limit).

  • To track, calculate, and unlock referral benefits after the completion of 3 successful referrals.

  • To facilitate free home delivery and discounts between customers and local registered vendors.

  • To comply with statutory legal obligations, including the calculation and filing of GST and TDS under the Income Tax Act.

  • Anti-Fraud Enforcement: To monitor, detect, and prevent fraudulent referrals, suspicious activities, or system manipulation.
